These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hometown Hub. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• No harassment, hate speech, or impersonation.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing the platform.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees, payouts, and refunds are described in your dashboard and on the relevant booking/listing pages.

Listings, rides & transactions

Businesses, ambassadors, drivers, and sellers are independent. Hometown Hub facilitates connections but is not a party to transactions between users unless explicitly stated.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can close your account anytime from your profile.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
